1. How the Attorneys Work
   
   Many people have asked how we can represent people from other states , because our offices are in Texas. After we have been contacted “ AT NO EXPENSE “ to the family we send investigators and start legal action to preserve evidence. After our initial investigation we do the following.
   
   1st - We contact the family and present the options we believe are available.
   2nd - If we believe we can help we take on the case “ AT NO TIME WILL THE FAMILY BE ASKED FOR “ ANY MONEY “!!!! Any money we receive will come from the case “ NEVER FROM THE FAMILY, PERIOD!!!!
   3rd - If we find that we can not help, or that by doing so will only cost the family money they are entitled to, we will present the facts and options. And if we do not take the case, ALL EXPENSES FOR INVESTIGATING OR WHAT EVER ,-“ WE EAT “ , NEVER WILL THE FAMILY PAY “ ANYTHING OUT OF THEIR OWN POCKET”!!
   
   We have over 2000 law firms and attorneys all across the country, my lead attorney Kendall Hill personally handles the cases, if he needs assistance in a state he draws from these proven partners.
   
   All of the attorneys involved have proven they have the skills and background to properly represent this type of case. They have proven they are financially capable of assisting the family for a period of no less than 3 years.
   
   We have several requirements that are put in place to protect the family, none of the attorneys have the option of settling a case without our approval. This safe guard was put in place to eliminate the possibility of the family being taken advantage of.
   
   At any time Kendall feels the need to remove and assign another attorney he has that option.
   
   At any time someone who is being represented by us feels like they are not being properly represented and or not receiving the assistance they require, all they have to do is call Kendall and express their concerns and he will investigate it. He then will inform the person of his findings and suggested course of action .
