Is Comcast sticking with their plan to stop telephony roll outs in their cable networks?

Yes, they can. And no they are not continuing with new launchs. There eyes are on VoIP in 2004 and in 2003, finishing the upgrades in the AT&T properties.

I had seen a report on the internet that stated that the telcom rollouts will be back in full force around the end of 2004 thru 2008.
