I dont think Id spend money on it.. would be an easy program to produce.. its just a lookup table relationship.

Curious if this program can handle offset counts ?
We have some streets still with the oddball paper counts.. like a 300 thats counted 1216-1515 etc. Sometimes I have
to break out a pen and paper to get my pairs.. lol

correct me if your wrong but you are looking for the little cardboard slide rule card that you can put it on the pair number and it tells you binder color and pair color.. i think i might have one laying around from splicing school i will see what i can do..

I'd be all over an iPhone app, because I love getting icky pick all over my iPhone when I'm splicing cable!!!
