I just thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself. I've worked for Comcast for 3 years, just passed my cct4 test today, and work the beautiful dominated coast of northern California. I've browsed the site quite a bit lately and impressed by the wealth of knowledge shown here. I'm glad to be part of the site and look forward to participating in the discussions, and sharing what I have to offer.

What is CCT4??

I think its Comcast's Com Tech Level 4

Ours are CST 1-4 (Customer Service Tech)

Charter I think is a BBT (Broadband Tech)

I've had that one laying around for years, not sure where I got it originally. I thought I had another one, but I couldn't find it, I'll dig around and see if its in an old backup somewhere.
