LINE-MAN.COM was created by Robert Jackson & Dave Miles, two blue collar cats who have climbed, constructed, spliced, maintained, mapped and designed plant for some of America's best known communications networks. Since then, we have made it a goal to help bridge a multitude of utility linemen, project managers, construction coordinators, safety personnel, make-ready specialists, cable splicer and activation teams, as well as maintenance and operations personnel into a common web site.

Everyone knows that our industries are somewhat merging. Currently, power companies are building communications and fiber optic networks as well as implementing and rolling out state of the art power line communications (PLC) networks. So we thought it would be a good time to bring all of ya'll onto one site so that we can grow and learn from each other.
